First, close and reopen the app. Make sure you're using the latest version of KinderStories and that your device OS is up to date. If the problem continues, try restarting your device. If it still persists, contact support with details about your device and what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Slow loading is often caused by a weak or unstable internet connection. Try switching to Wi-Fi, moving closer to your router, or closing other apps that may be using bandwidth. Longer stories may also take extra time to generate.
Check your internet connection and try reopening the story. If images still don't appear, tap any "reload" option for that page if available. If this keeps happening, send us a report.
First make sure your device is not muted, the volume is turned up and no Bluetooth headphones or speakers are unexpectedly connected. Audio creation takes longer than text and images, so if you still see a spinner instead of the play button, the text to speech is probably still in progress and can take about three to five minutes. Sometimes it takes a moment for Apple to confirm a purchase. Try using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings and ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
