Please tell us:

  • Which device and iOS version you are using
  • The version of KinderStories (if known)
  • What you were trying to do
  • Any error message or screenshot

This helps us solve the issue faster.

3. How can I suggest a new feature or improvement?

We love feedback. Use the "Feedback" or "Feature request" option in the app or website contact form and tell us what would make KinderStories even better for your family.

4. Do you work with schools, educators, or partners?
